Introduction
The Graduate Program in Social Sciences celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2014. Created by a group of professor of the Social Sciences Department, the Program’s main characteristic was the option for interdisciplinarity between the three areas that make up the Social Sciences area: Anthropology, Sociology and Political Science. It is comprised of nine research areas intertwined either by theoretical-methodological affinities or by common issues whose weaving strengthens and widens the Program’s research scope.
